Product Q&A
Should negative ion generators be placed beside the bed when sleeping?
No! Negative ions are blown out by the wind and then sink. If placed beside the bed, the breathing zone will just be in the blind area where negative ions are not dispersed. The correct way is to place it on the ground at a distance of more than 1 meter from the bed.

Why is there no sensation when using the product?
- When the indoor PM2.5 concentration is greater than 75μg/m³, the human body’s perception of the purification effect of negative ions is weak; however, with continuous use in an environment with good air quality (PM2.5 < 15μg/m³), it is easier to feel that the nasal cavity is unobstructed and the mind is clear when waking up in the morning. This is closely related to the “clean air field” formed after negative ions neutralize positively charged pollutants.
- Negative ions reduce suspended particles in the air through the principle of adsorption and sedimentation, thereby reducing irritation to the respiratory mucosa. With continuous use, it can be clearly felt that snoring at night is reduced or weakened.
Why is the panel sticky and stained?
What is the purple light for? Does it need to be kept on all the time?
The machine is making abnormal noises. Is this a quality issue?
Simple testing methods for negative ions
Please use the test pencil included with the product. Bring it close to the negative ion module without touching the release head. If the test pencil lights up, it indicates that the negative ion module is working properly. Turn off the negative ions (or the fan), and the test pencil will go out accordingly.

Static electricity testing methods
After completing the previous experiment, it is essential to conduct static electricity testing and ozone testing. Compared with concentration, the quality of negative ions is the core factor determining their performance. This product adopts advanced ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection technology, which can accurately block the path of static electricity generation and fundamentally prevent ozone formation. It should be noted that the static electricity voltage is much lower than the voltage required for ozone generation, and our technology cleverly utilizes this characteristic to achieve excellent dual protection effects.
