With extensive expertise in research and development, he has led or participated in over 30 projects and product developments.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>In 2017, Mr. Xu was selected into Nanjing\u2019s \u201cPlan for Top Technology Experts, Entrepreneurs, and High-Level Entrepreneurial Talents,\u201d qualifying him for \u53e0\u52a0\u4eab\u53d7\u521b\u4e1a\u6276\u6301\u8d44\u91d1 (superimposed access to entrepreneurial support funds) and government allowance subsidies. In 2018, his enterprise was listed on the Mass Innovation Board.
